The Bell Practice
Her Story
Candice de Bressac (pronounced 'der-Bress-ack') was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2006. With over 20 years of experience, her career spans working for smaller, boutique firms and larger, national commercial practices in Sydney, Newcastle and regionally.
Candice's strong focus since her early years has been in the areas of property law, conveyancing, and commercial matters. She is an astute transactional lawyer, known for her technical legal knowledge, great communication, and genuine care & drive for her clients.
Candice's clients include individuals, couples, families, small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), developers, self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs), Owners Corporations, and charitable & other not-for-profit organisations. In the past, Candice has also represented local government and statutory authorities.
She is just at home working on a local residential conveyancing sale or purchase, as she is working on a larger complex development transaction or detailed long term lease negotiations.
There are very few scenarios that Candice hasn't seen in a conveyancing transaction or property deal. She is known for her calm and friendly demeanour, versatility, commercial approach, and her supportive nature, with her clients front of mind at every step.
Candice's words
"It gives me great satisfaction to assist clients from all walks of life with their property legal needs.
Listening to clients to understand their objectives and help them achieve their goals is very rewarding, particularly when I can offer them years of legal knowledge & experience as part of the process. That process can often be stressful, overwhelming, feel frantic or risky, or have critical commercial or financial consequences. To provide that professional representation and support during times like those is the key reason I became a lawyer.
To any person, company, trust, business, or organisation with property law & conveyancing needs:
Wherever you live, wherever your business is located, or wherever the property is - if it's in New South Wales, I can help you".
